- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 soft buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Tartar sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
- Coat each fillet in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture.
- Press into breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the fish for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Toast the buns lightly.
- Assemble the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and fish fillet. Add tartar sauce if desired.
