Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel.
  2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
  3. Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
  4. Coat each fillet in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture.
  5. Press into breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the fish for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  8. Drain on paper towels.
  9. Toast the buns lightly.
