- 1 cup flour

- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced avocado
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Cut fish into strips.
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk milk and eggs in another bowl.
- Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dip fish strips into flour mixture, then egg mixture, then breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry fish until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Assemble bowls with rice, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and fish.
- Top with cilantro, sour cream, and lime wedges.
