  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced avocado
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Cut fish into strips.
  2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Whisk milk and eggs in another bowl.
  4. Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  5. Dip fish strips into flour mixture, then egg mixture, then breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
