Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and cumin.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot.
