Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir again to prevent clumping, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with chopped strawberries.

- Use full-fat coconut milk for a creamier texture.
