- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning, chicken broth, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken with forks and stir into the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

- Serve over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
