- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken thighs for 3 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Use boneless chicken thighs for quicker cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
