Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken thighs for 3 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish.
  5. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
