Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, onions, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
