- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, onions, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Add broccoli or mushrooms for extra veggies.
