- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked (5-7 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir.
- Add parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and parsley. Stir until cheese melts.
- Combine cooked pasta with sauce and mix well.
- Serve immediately.

- Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
- Add spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
