- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or spinach.
- You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
