Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
