- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until softened.
- Stir in taco seasoning.
- In a slow cooker, combine cooked beef, Velveeta, diced tomatoes, and milk.
- Cook on low for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
