- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, mix oats, milk, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir well until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Before eating, top with chocolate chips and flaxseed meal if using.
- Enjoy cold or slightly warmed.
Notes
- Use gluten-free oats if needed.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- For a thicker texture, reduce milk slightly.
