Ingredients

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • Tortilla chips or celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until coated.
  3. In another bowl, blend cream cheese and ranch dressing until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Top with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar, mozzarella, and blue cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  9. Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.
