Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a dough.
- Scoop dough into balls and place on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
