Instructions
- Slice the Italian bread lengthwise.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on both sides.
- Layer salami, ham, provolone cheese, and pepperoni.
- Add shredded lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and banana peppers.
- Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
- Sprinkle oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Close the sandwich and press lightly.
- Cut into portions and serve.
