- 500g boneless chicken thighs, sliced
- 4 scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir until fragrant.
- Add chicken, cook until lightly browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper.
- Add scallions, cook for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.

- Use chicken thighs for juicier results.
- Adjust scallions to your preference.
- Replace oyster sauce with hoisin sauce if needed.
