Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken thighs, sliced
  • 4 scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper

Instructions

  4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and white pepper.
  5. Add scallions, cook for 2 more minutes.
