  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and brown sugar for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from wok.
  4. Add garlic and ginger to the wok, stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Add broccoli and water, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Return beef to wok and add oyster sauce.
  7. Cook for 1-2 more minutes until everything is well-coated.
  8. Serve hot over rice.
