- 1 lb beef flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Marinate beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and brown sugar for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove from wok.
- Add garlic and ginger to the wok, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and water, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Return beef to wok and add oyster sauce.
- Cook for 1-2 more minutes until everything is well-coated.
- Serve hot over rice.
Notes
- Slice beef against the grain for tenderness.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste if needed.
- Add chili flakes for extra heat.
