- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sugar. Add beef and toss to coat.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook until browned, about 2 minutes. Remove beef from pan.
- In the same pan, add broccoli and water. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Return beef to the pan. Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Serve hot over rice.
Notes
- Slice beef thinly for tenderness.
- Adjust sauce thickness with more water if needed.
- Use fresh broccoli for best texture.
