- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (15 oz) chili
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning and chili. Stir well.
- Spread beef mixture in a baking dish. Top with tater tots.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and tots are crispy.
- Garnish with sour cream and green onions before serving.

- For extra spice, add diced jalapeños.
