- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 box stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add shredded chicken and mixed vegetables to the bowl. Stir well.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
- Prepare stuffing mix as per package instructions and spread it over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Swap mixed vegetables with peas or carrots if preferred.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2-3 minutes after baking.
