- 1 cup cooked rice or quinoa
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup tahini sauce
Instructions
- Mix chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully done. Let rest, then slice.
- Assemble bowls with rice, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions.
- Top with sliced chicken and drizzle with tahini sauce.
- Serve immediately.
