Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 box (7.5 oz) cheddar bay biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture in a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, prepare biscuit mix according to package instructions, then stir in cheddar cheese.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough over the chicken mixture.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the biscuit topping.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
