- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 box (7.5 oz) cheddar bay biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture in a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, prepare biscuit mix according to package instructions, then stir in cheddar cheese.
- Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough over the chicken mixture.
- Drizzle melted butter over the biscuit topping.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
