- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Grill or pan-fry chicken over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let rest, then slice into strips.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
- Spread Caesar dressing evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer lettuce, sliced chicken, Parmesan cheese, and croutons (if using) on each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in Caesar dressing for 30 minutes before cooking.
- If you prefer a lighter version, use Greek yogurt-based Caesar dressing.
