Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard powder.
- Layer bread cubes in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle cooked sausage over bread.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over sausage.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 40 minutes until set.
