Ingredients

  • 1 bag (9.75 oz) Doritos, crushed
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions, simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese soup and milk until smooth.
  5. Layer half the crushed Doritos in a baking dish.
  6. Spread beef mixture evenly over Doritos.
  7. Pour cheese soup mixture over beef.
  8. Top with remaining Doritos and shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Garnish with diced tomatoes, black olives, and sour cream before serving.

Notes

  • Substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
