- 1 bag (9.75 oz) Doritos, crushed
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water as per packet instructions, simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cheddar cheese soup and milk until smooth.
- Layer half the crushed Doritos in a baking dish.
- Spread beef mixture evenly over Doritos.
- Pour cheese soup mixture over beef.
- Top with remaining Doritos and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with diced tomatoes, black olives, and sour cream before serving.
Notes
- Substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
- Add jalapeños for extra spice.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
