Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce for the dressing.
  5. Add the cooled ground beef mixture to the salad.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add some crushed whole-wheat crackers or baked pita chips.
  • Customize your salad with other favorite burger toppings like bacon bits, red onion, or avocado.
  • Prepare the ground beef and dressing ahead of time for a quick assembly.
