- 1 croissant
- 2 eggs
- 1 slice of cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- 2 slices of ham or bacon (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice the croissant in half horizontally.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them. Season with salt and pepper.
- If using ham or bacon, warm it in the pan for 1-2 minutes.
- Place the cheese on the bottom half of the croissant.
- Add the scrambled eggs and meat on top of the cheese.
- Cover with the top half of the croissant.
- Serve warm.

- You can substitute ham with turkey or skip meat for a vegetarian option.
- Add avocado or tomato slices for extra flavor.
- Toast the croissant lightly for a crispier texture.
