Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Slice the croissant in half horizontally.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
  3. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. If using ham or bacon, warm it in the pan for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Place the cheese on the bottom half of the croissant.
  6. Add the scrambled eggs and meat on top of the cheese.
  7. Cover with the top half of the croissant.
  8. Serve warm.
