- 1 lb breakfast sausage

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir for 1 minute.
- Gradually add milk, salt, and pepper. Cook until thickened.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Pour sausage gravy evenly over biscuits.
- Whisk eggs and pour over the mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and set.
