- 1 Italian sub roll (6–8 inches)
- 3 slices of salami
- 3 slices of ham
- 3 slices of pepperoni
- 2 slices of provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 3 slices of tomato
- 4–5 slices of red onion
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Slice the Italian sub roll lengthwise, leaving one side connected.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side and mustard on the other.
- Layer the salami, ham, and pepperoni evenly on the bottom half.
- Place the provolone cheese on top of the meats.
- Add lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the vegetables.
- Close the sandwich and brush the outside with olive oil.
- Heat a panini press or skillet over medium heat.
- Toast the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cheese melts.
- Slice in half and serve warm.

- Use fresh, crusty bread for the best texture.
- Customize with banana peppers or olives if desired.
