- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined, do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Serve hot with your favorite sauce or side dish.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mixture.
- These meatballs can be frozen for up to 3 months. Freeze on a baking sheet until solid, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag.
- Serve with marinara sauce, a creamy mushroom sauce, or a lemon-herb sauce.
