  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Arrange the asparagus pieces in the bottom of the pie crust.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese over the asparagus.
  5. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus and cheese in the pie crust.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
