- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 8–10 large lettuce leaves (e.g., butter or romaine)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef, breaking it apart. Cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Add water chestnuts and green onions. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
- For extra crunch, add shredded carrots or bell peppers.
- Serve with a drizzle of Sriracha for spice.
