Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Beat cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the butter-sugar mixture.
- Fold in toffee bits.
- Serve with sliced apples.
