A moist and flavorful bundt cake inspired by apple cider donuts, perfect for fall.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup apple cider

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a bundt pan.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Alternate adding dry ingredients and apple cider to the batter.
  5. Pour batter into the pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
