- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup apple cider
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a bundt pan.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and apple cider to the batter.
- Pour batter into the pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Notes
- Reduce apple cider for a stronger flavor.
- Dust with cinnamon sugar after baking.
