- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into 4-6 patties.
- Place patties in a baking dish.
- Combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Pour sauce over the patties.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the sauce for extra flavor.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
