  • Total Time: 25 mins
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with oil.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, and honey.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Serve hot with rice or steamed vegetables.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, mix 1 tsp cornstarch with 1 tbsp water and stir into the sauce while simmering.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • Use beef or turkey bacon for a smoky twist.
