Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the steak into thin strips.
  2. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper in a bowl. Add the steak and coat well.
  3. Heat oil in a large pan over high heat. Cook the steak for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.
  6. Return the steak to the pan. Stir well and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use a sharp knife for thin steak slices.
  • Adjust soy sauce for saltiness.
  • Serve with rice or noodles.
