Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Slice the steak into thin strips.
- Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper in a bowl. Add the steak and coat well.
- Heat oil in a large pan over high heat. Cook the steak for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add onions and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds.
- Return the steak to the pan. Stir well and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- Use a sharp knife for thin steak slices.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
