Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme.
- Rub chicken thighs with olive oil, then coat with the spice mix.
- Place chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For crispier skin, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
