Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water.
- Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli, stir until thickened.
- Optional: Sprinkle red pepper flakes for heat.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
