- 4 tilapia fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
- Brush both sides with olive oil.
- Mix all spices in a small bowl.
- Season both sides of fillets evenly.
- Place in air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

- Use fresh or thawed frozen tilapia
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket
- Adjust cook time based on fillet thickness
- Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor
