Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×9-inch pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
  6. Pour filling over crust. Spread strawberry jam on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
  8. Cool completely, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
  9. Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
