- 16 oz cream cheese, softened

- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberry jam
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×9-inch pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour filling over crust. Spread strawberry jam on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Top with fresh strawberries before serving.

- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother filling.
