- 8 oz steak, sliced
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic and mushrooms for 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta, steak, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use ribeye or sirloin for best results.
- Adjust cream thickness with pasta water if needed.
- Add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
