Ingredients

  • 8 oz steak, sliced
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same pan, sauté garlic and mushrooms for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked pasta, steak, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use ribeye or sirloin for best results.
  • Adjust cream thickness with pasta water if needed.
  • Add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
