- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Brush slider buns with melted butter and toast lightly.
- Spread blue cheese dressing on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top with shredded lettuce and buffalo chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle crumbled blue cheese on top.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce.
- Can substitute ranch dressing for blue cheese if preferred.
- Serve with celery sticks and carrot sticks on the side.
