Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, paprika, and cumin.
  2. Add beef cubes to the marinade, coat well, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Thread beef, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill kabobs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef reaches desired doneness.
  6. Serve hot.
