- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add Dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F.
- Adjust honey to taste for sweetness.
- Substitute chicken broth with vegetable broth for a lighter option.
