Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange torn croissant pieces in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the croissants, pressing them down to soak.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
- Top with fresh berries and maple syrup if desired.
