Ingredients

  • 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook until slightly wilted.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, rice, beef broth, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
  6. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
