- 1 small onion, diced

- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage and cook until slightly wilted.
- Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, rice, beef broth, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
