- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 cup coleslaw (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes per side.
- Pour in chicken broth, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken using two forks.
- Stir in barbecue sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Toast the hamburger buns lightly.
- Assemble sandwiches by placing shredded chicken on the buns and topping with coleslaw if desired.

- Use a slow cooker for tender chicken—cook on low for 4 hours.
