Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
- Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl until smooth.
- Stir in cheese, ham, bell peppers, spinach, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set and lightly golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin.
