- 1 cup cooked macaroni
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, milk, and butter in a bowl.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into small circles.
- Place dough circles in a greased mini muffin tin.
- Add a spoonful of pizza sauce to each dough circle.
- Spoon mac & cheese mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and garlic powder.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- You can use store-bought mac & cheese for a quicker version.
- Add cooked bacon or chopped ham for extra flavor.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
